Many Technology Departments support G Suite for Education and Office 365 for Education in the classroom, but how often do you use these tools to simplify life in other areas? From lab and cart calendars, sign in computers and kiosks to administrative contact groups, forms, and tracking sheets, these suites offer solutions to many of your school and department needs. We will explore some of the useful features that can be employed at your institution. I will share examples of how my district is using these applications outside of the classroom and around the district. Hopefully, attendees will be able to share how their districts use these suites as well. Most examples will utilize Google Apps; however, those who use Office 365 will still come away with new ideas, since both suites are similar and offer comparable tools. Session will be of use to those who already subscribe to an educational suite, as well as those considering the investment.
