Delivering First Class Support with Student Technicians

In this session we will discuss different models of user support services and how to build a successful technology service and support model no matter how many support technicians you have and what their level of expertise might be. We will discuss outsourced, fully staff-led and hybrid models that include student technicians. We will cover what a 360-degree user support experience looks like, and how to best achieve that in departments from small to large. This session is targeted towards department and help desk management.
